"Couta Boat" style Trailer Sailer in ST HELENS, Queensland for sale

Lovingly hand built by an ex tradie at a cost of over $7000, and shrunk to a towable 15`, this “Couta” type boat is looking for a new home. (Build photos and costs available)
It is in great condition and has mostly been kept under cover, but has rarely been used and could do with a little spruce up. (Definitely cosmetic only and nothing too time consuming.)
Drop keel for stability and large interior seating for the family.
Jib, Genoa and Main are in absolutely as new condition by master sailmakers at Whitsunday Sail Loft (photographed on 9` x 11` tarp.) and come with quality S/s fittings and rigging.
Also as new, Redco Sportsman multi-roller trailer with side steps ( THIS trailer alone is currently valued at $1450 by the dealer.)
Bracket for small outboard and rod holders. (No registration required for up to 4 hp motor)
Two life jackets and one bailing bucket with lanyard are included and are the only safety requirements for daylight use in Qld. smooth waters. -
I would suggest an anchor should be purchased, and this, together with trailer rego. of about $100, would be your only additional expenses before hitting the water to enjoy a relaxing day sailing or fishing with family or friends.

May consider swap for roadworthy 4 cylinder car in good condition with reasonable cash adjustment either way, but no worn out klunkers please.
